Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, gifts and proof of purchase must be included.
Products damaged by misuse, installation damage, unauthorized repair, water damage or missing parts are not eligible for return.
Refund Process

Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number, product name and reason for return. After we confirm eligibility and receive the returned product, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Shipping Costs
